We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of stains, odors, or damage.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Need a different size? We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at konfyansofficial@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Promotional items marked "Final Sale"
